Sellers clear fault codes before you turn up. The dash looks clean. My scan reads the stored, cleared and pending codes the dash won't show you.

Straight after the inspection I talk you through what I found. Then the PDF fault report from the scan lands on your phone, so you have it in writing.
With Premium you also get a photo report and an estimated repair cost list. Show it to the seller and ask for the price to come down.
